[ Lady and her Dog ] is an enviromental installaltion which projecting a 4 hours documentary film in a white furnished room. The film shot in 3 months, capturing real moments of Shizico and her dog, Favor's life in their kitchen. 
The concept of this work is to preserve the memory by replaying these moments in life in life-size onto a room with authentic furnitures, bringing memory into real space and in real-time. The installtion is where the past becomes now. 

Shizu lost​ her beloved dog-son to Wobbler Syndrome after 4 years battle with this neurology disease.

The motivation of filming these moments arrived after Favor suffered from 15 months intensive treatment for his illness, by then he was recovering, yet Shizu and doctors did not foresee the speed of Favor's deterioration.
In Shizico's latest documentary film [ as i lay in 1000 ways : a Documemory] Sep, 2016 ( 16 months after this film had made), Favor is disable and fully dependent on Shizu's care.
