Teatime Bloom
Box Sets Design Project
2025-2026(on-going)
OriginThe painting itself tells the story of Creammm.t—an award-winning bakery in Taiwan—through the lens of afternoon tea culture, set within an imagined cottage garden of lemon trees and roses, a subtle reference to their signature Rose Lemon Tart. The colour palette echoes the brand’s identity, allowing the packaging to function not only as a container, but as an immersive extension of the brand’s narrative—one that delights, surprises, and lingers in memory.

3D Design for Multi-SensesThe design concept was developed to bring a sense of excitement and playful discovery to the moment a customer opens the bakery box. In response to the client’s request to present the items as a two-piece gift set, I used the original painting commissioned for Creammm.t as the starting point. The artwork was carefully divided into three sections—two inner boxes and a cover sleeve—so that when the set is opened, the image unfolds into a tactile, three-dimensional experience rather than a flat, two-dimensional view.
Inspired by a puzzle, the design invites the senses to engage simultaneously: taste, sight, and play. |
Creammm.tThe new store of Creammm.t is opening with a celebratory gift box, designed from a painting commissioned to tell the story of Creammm.t, based on English Afternoon Tea culture, and set in a cottage garden with lemon trees and roses, a nod to Creammm.t 's famous Rose Lemon Tart, and the colours of this painting are a reference to the Brand identity of Creammm.t and its own tea brand, Lowfun.
